We want to document every no show and late notice cancelation when it happens, even if you are going to waive the fee.

We can only enforce a fee for the most recent session that was done so please submit the report soon after the infraction. If you are waiving the fee, you can submit a report at any time but sooner is better so that we can document if there is a pattern.

We can only enforce our policy if the client has signed the cancelation policy. You can see whether the policy was signed on the prescription detail screen.

If you are willing to continue treating the patient, it is your responsibility to notify the patient that the fee is due and collect it before your next session.

If you no longer want to have anything to do with the patient we will notify them for you and not let them continue treatment with another therapist until the fee is paid.
