  • Current Hawaii massage license

  • Current malpractice insurance

  • Have access to a printer and a smart phone or laptop.

  • Good references

  • Room in your schedule to add at least one client for 2 hours a week

  • Fill out a simplified SOAP note form for each session

  • Fill out a progress report at the end of each prescription.
