Information may be shared with healthcare providers, massage therapists, insurance companies, claims administrators, employers, attorneys, service providers, and other parties when reasonably necessary and legally permitted for treatment, payment, claim administration, business operations, or compliance with legal requirements.
We do not sell personal information.

BIMN takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal and health information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Where HIPAA applies, protected health information is handled in accordance with applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
SMS Privacy
If you provide consent to receive SMS/text messages from Big Island Massage Network, your phone number and SMS consent information will be used to provide those communications.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
