Stephanie draws inspiration from a wide range of techniques including Lomi Lomi, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic, myofascial release and Thai. Her sessions focus on relieving pain and restoring alignment of the body.

Stephanie is thankful to have studied with many wonderful teachers here on the Big Island and also on Maui.

In addition to massage studies, she has a degree in Kinesiology, has held an EMT license, is a certified yoga teacher and reiki practitioner, and has worked as a personal trainer and weight lifting coach.
